Here's your chance to leave an artistic legacy at the heart of Sun Devil Nation. We invite you to submit proposals for a mural to be showcased inside Mountain America Stadium all year long, during special events and football games. Project Description
ASU 365 Community Union activates Mountain America Stadium, Home of the ASU Sun Devils for non-athletic events.
With the support of Coca-Cola, 365 CU will commission a mural on a free-standing outdoor structure located on the Coca-Cola Sun Deck of Mountain America Stadium. The structure consists of one large feature wall that would be encapsulated by the mural/artwork.
This feature wall structure is positioned in a high traffic area at Mountain America Stadium that will be visible during game day events, as well as open to the public daily. This feature wall is a box consisting of four sides and measures approximately 11 x 7.5 x 2.5 feet. See images below.
This mural artwork will align with a theme celebrating global diversity and world culture, along with ASU’s mission. This mural artwork will exist outdoors in the natural environment and elements from spring 2024 through spring 2025. See the full schedule in the proposal document.
This mural will be promoted with supplemental event programming and will continue to promote the Coca-Cola Community Art Program, which began in fall 2023. Additionally, this program is a current ASU student award program that will showcase student works.
