Mountain America Stadium

Transforming our stadium into a community union activated 365 days a year.

ASU's football stadium hosts more than just football! Guided by our ASU Cultural Affairs mission of Connecting Communities, the 365 Community Union Initiative builds creative programming for the communities it serves in the areas of Music, Sports, Culture, Education, Food and Wellness.

With the help of our ASU campus and community partners, our programming team develops events to caters to audiences of all ages and demographics. If you are interested in connecting on a partnership level, please contact programs@asu365communityunion.com.

Sun Deck Mural Space
Sun Deck Mural Space

With the support of Coca-Cola, ASU 365 Community Union will commission a mural on a free-standing outdoor structure located on the Coca-Cola Sun Deck of Mountain America Stadium.

The structure consists of one large feature wall that would be encapsulated by the mural/artwork which will align with a theme celebrating global diversity and world culture, along with ASU’s mission.

This mural will be promoted with supplemental event programming and also help to continue the Coca-Cola Student Art Program, which begins in Spring 2024.

Pow Wow at ASU

The contemporary Pow Wow is a link to the past that helps maintain Native American Heritage. Seen by outsiders as entertainment due to the singing, dancing, and colorful regalia, the Pow Wow is a spiritual legacy which should be treated with respect and honor.  It is a time for Native American families to be together. It is a time of sharing, of laughter and tears, of learning, and of caring. It is a time to honor the past and celebrate the future.

Native American families travel hundreds of miles to attend Pow Wows across the U.S. and Canada. Time and distance are not relevant. The renewal of traditions and reinforcement of the heritage is the important thing. It is a time to strengthen the circle.

This partnership event takes place annually at Desert Financial Arena.
