Frequently Asked Questions

 

  • Where should I park?
    • Parking spaces and garages are located all around the stadium and “best” spots vary from event to event. Please refer to your official event information or reach out to your event organizer. More details about all parking option of ASU campus can be found on the Parking and Transit website at cfo.asu.edu/parking.
       
  • Is the stadium handicap accessible?
    • Yes the stadium and all events are ADA accessible. There are elevators to access the concourse level located at the SW gate entrance and at the NE entrance inside the Student Athlete Center. Please contact the Box Office for specific inquiries.  
       
  • How can I buy special event tickets? Is it okay to purchase concert tickets from outlets other than Ticketmaster or the Box Office?
    • Non-athletic events at Sun Devil Stadium are ticketed through the ASU Gammage Box Office. The best way to protect yourself from fraud is to only buy tickets through Ticketmaster or from the Box Office.
       
  • What is your refund and cancellation policy?
    • There are no refunds unless a show is canceled. If canceled you may obtain a full refund.
       
  • Will I have to pay additional fees when purchasing concert tickets?
    • All tickets have a $2.00 facility fee. Additional service fees will be applied to all purchases made by phone, internet or at the box office. Tickets purchased at the ASU Gammage Box Office have the smallest additional fees.
       
  • What security will I have to go through in order to attend a concert or other public event?
    • ASU 365 Community Union values the safety and security of our patrons and implements enhanced security measures at events. This may lead to increased time to enter the venue. In an effort to ensure the safety of all patrons entering the event venues, patrons may be screened using metal detectors and all carry-in items will be searched. To allow for these security measures, guests are encouraged to arrive early.
       
  • Can I bring a bag/purse/etc. to an event?
    • ASU Bag Policy that may be enforced for all events. This proactive measure will enhance safety inside and outside of the venues and speed the security screening process for all fans.
       
  • Are venues tours available?
    • At this time we only offer guided tours for meeting and event planners who contact us directly with an event renta inquiry. We are working on a public stadium tour schedule for Fall 2023. Sun Devil Stadium is open to the public for most days during the Academic School year. Open days are typically Monday-Friday from 7 a.m. -7 p.m., excluding weekend, University holidays and game and special event days. Read more on our Plan Your Visit page.
       
  • Can I bring outside food into the stadium?
    • No outside food or drink is allowed inside the stadium. Most public events spanning four hours, like concerts or festivals, will provide concessions in accessible areas. Shorter public events may not provide concessions unless specifically mentioned on the event details page.  Please see the ASU Bag Policy that will be enforced for events.
       
  • I am a vendor/guest/volunteer that is part of an event taking place inside a 365 Community Union venue. Where can I load in my equipment/materials/etc.?
    • If you or your services are part of an event taking place inside on of our venues, please reach out directly to your event manager. The contracting party will be directly in contact with our Operations Team and will work with Venue Security to schedule specific times and areas for event load-ins. Do not contact Stadium security directly, as they will not grant outside access for unplanned load-ins.
       
  • I want to rent Sun Devil Stadium, Desert Financial Arena or the Desert Arboretum Park for my event. How do I do that?
